Learning & assessment
5 days of learning and a 1-day assessment, led by experienced, qualified mediators and trainers.
Our course is grounded in current research, ethical practice and inclusivity.
You will receive teaching in all aspects of the mediation process, with learning embedded through practical exercises, immersive scenarios, reflective practice and assessment.
In-person delivery
Our 6-day course is delivered at our training home in Finchley, North London.
We also offer the option of mediation training in-house with your team, tailored to your company's needs.
Learning by doing
Discussions led by our experienced trainers are enhanced by extensive practical exercises.
Our highly interactive and experiential course includes role-plays with professional actors, providing unique real-world application for our budding mediators.

Certification & community
Our accredited course gives all successful trainees certification to apply for membership with the Civil Mediation Council and College of Mediators.
Once you've qualified as a mediator with us, you will be part of the supportive Global community.
