At Global Training,
we bring people together

WHO WE ARE

About Global
Training

Who we are cover

We are a collective of facilitators, coaches, consultants and actor-roleplayers, united by a belief in the power of experiential learning.

Our work is rooted in emotional intelligence, creativity and compassion. We value practice over perfection, connection over compliance and real-world relevance over abstract theory.

At Global Training, we specialise in the bespoke. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all learning, instead we help individuals and teams navigate their own journey — because no path looks the same. The learning experiences we craft are as unique as the people we work with.

Whether in reflective spaces or high-energy workshops, everything we deliver is grounded in real-world experience — creating a lasting impact for individuals, teams and organisations alike.

What we do

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Training designed with compassion

Compassion is at the heart of all we do. Our courses, workshops and training programmes create a safe space to step outside your comfort zone: to explore boldly, to be playful and to reflect deeply.

We hear and share stories drawn from lived experiences — which we know to be the most effective way to learn. Collaborative learning can shift mindsets, strengthen bonds and spark meaningful change.

Global Training brings people together, putting emotional intelligence into action.

OUR APPROACH

Creating space for transformation

Our training blends theatre-based techniques, live coaching, real-time facilitation and tailored frameworks — always balancing structure with creativity, challenge with empathy, theory with real-world action.

We design every experience to be authentic, grounded and transformational, anchored in a belief that learning should be felt, not forced. Because when people grow together, they go further together.

MEET OUR TEAM

The people behind the practice

Our facilitators, coaches and actor-roleplayers bring decades of experience across numerous sectors — but more importantly, they bring compassion, creativity, and commitment to your full potential.
