Accessibility help
Use the Accessibility button on any page to change text size, spacing, link highlighting, colours and motion. You can reset these preferences at any time. Browser zoom and your device’s accessibility settings also work independently.
Keyboard and screen readers
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, Enter to follow links, and Enter or Space to activate buttons. The first link skips navigation. Escape closes open menus and dialogs. Headings and labelled form controls help you navigate with a screen reader.
Listening and translation
The read-aloud tool reads visible page text using your browser’s speech features. It does not read form entries, PDF downloads or video content. Use your browser’s translation feature, or choose a language in the tools to open the public page in Google Translate. Automated translation may contain errors and does not translate every document.
Documents, videos and alternative formats
Some older documents and third-party videos may need accessible versions, captions, transcripts or translation. If you need information in another format, tell us which page or document you need and your preferred format.
